Mladen Duliba
Senior Economist
Economist from Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. Before joining the Fiscal Policy Commission, he worked for many years in the financial industry and public sector (in the Croatian National Bank, the Ministry of Finance and the Croatian Health Insurance Institute). He received additional training in the country and abroad. He was a member of the Economic Policy Committee, an advisory body of the European Commission and the Council of the EU. He is responsible for analyzing the macroeconomic and fiscal framework and related forecasts, also for the analysis of the sustainability of public debt. He prepares analyses, checks, endorsements and assessments, proposals and opinions related to macroeconomic and fiscal trends.
Toni Žgomba
Senior Economist
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Tourism in Pula and is currently attending a postgraduate specialist course in Finance at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka. During his studies, he participated in several student exchange programs abroad. Before joining the Fiscal Policy Commission, he worked in the tourism sector, on the preparation of investment studies and management of projects funded by EU funds. He participates in performing expert and analytical tasks for the Commission, preparing expert materials, proposals, and opinions, as well as analytical documents related to macroeconomic and fiscal trends, and public debt.
Željko Hanzl
Senior Economist
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and worked for several years as an analyst in the Macroeconomic Analysis Department of the Croatian Chamber of Economy. During this time, he specialized in the field of national accounts, public finance and international trade and frequently collaborated with the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Finance and the Croatian National Bank. In the Fiscal Policy Commission, he performs professional and analytical tasks related to the Commission's area of work.
Kristina Zečević
Secretary
Kristina Zečević is the Secretary of the Fiscal Policy Commission. Kristina joined the Office in October 2023. She performs legal tasks, tasks related to human resources management, contracting, as well other general legal tasks. Before joining the Fiscal Policy Commission, she worked in the public health sector.
Roberta Gamulin
Administrator
Roberta Gamulin is the Administrator of the Fiscal Policy Commission. She coordinates the day to day running of the office, manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, documentation and record keeping. Before Joining the FPC in Septeber 2023, Roberta worked for many years as a Administrator at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
