Mladen Duliba
Senior Economist
Economist from Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. Before joining the Fiscal Policy Commission, he workedfor many years in the financial industry and public sector (in the Croatian National Bank, the Ministry of Finance and the Croatian Health Insurance Institute). He was a member of the Economic Policy Committee, an advisory body of the European Commission and the Council of the EU. He is responsiblefor analyzing the macroeconomic and fiscal framework and related forecasts, also for the analysis of thesustainability of public debt. He prepares analyses, checks, endorsements and assessments, proposals andopinions related to macroeconomic and fiscal trends.
Željko Hanzl
Senior Economist
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and worked for several years as an analyst in the Macroeconomic Analysis Department of the Croatian Chamber of Economy. During this time, he specialized in the field of national accounts, public finance and international trade and frequently collaborated with the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Finance and the Croatian National Bank. In the Fiscal Policy Commission, he performs professional and analytical tasks related to the Commission's area of work.
Marica Tončinić
Administrator
Marica Tončinić is the Administrator of the Fiscal Policy Commission. She performs administrative and technical tasks, prepares official documentation, and provides support in the Office’s day-to-day operations. Before joining the Fiscal Policy Commission, she worked for more than 30 years in administrative positions in the Office for General Affairs of the Croatian Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Croatia, as well as in the Commission for the Resolution of Conflicts of Interest.
Roberta Gamulin
Administrator
Roberta Gamulin is the Administrator of the Fiscal Policy Commission. She coordinates the day to day running of the office, manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments, documentation and record keeping. Before Joining the FPC in Septeber 2023, Roberta worked for many years as a Administrator at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
