The Fiscal Policy Commission cooperates with similar international institutions. The Commission participates in international associations of independent fiscal bodies in order to follow recent trends, exchange information and share good practices with similar institutions. The Commission is a member of the EU Network of Independent Fiscal Institutions (EUNIFI) headed by the EC and of EU Independent Fiscal Institutions, and also an associated member of OECD’s network of independent fiscal bodies.
The Commission also cooperates with international institutions such as the International Monetary Fund, the European Commission and rating agencies it provides with its positions on macroeconomic and fiscal trends in Croatia.
EUNIFI
The EU Network of Independent Fiscal Institutions is a platform managed by the European Commission, tasked with encouraging communication between the European Commission, the European Council and independent national fiscal bodies. EUNIFI meets twice a year and organizes other activities and seminars.
EUIFI
EU Independent Fiscal Institutions is a voluntary and informal network of independent fiscal institutions which serves as a platform where its members (excluding EU institutions) can exchange opinions, information, good practices and resources. EUIFI meets several times a year, shares good practices, and organizes seminars and work groups for preparing common documents from the scope of work of independent fiscal bodies.
OECD
The OECD incorporates a network of independent fiscal bodies which serves as a platform for sharing information and good practices.
